Netflix has officially unveiled the trailer for Bridgerton Season 4, giving fans their first look at the romantic journey of Benedict Bridgerton and Sophie Baek. The much-anticipated season will be released in two parts, with Part 1 premiering on January 29, 2026, followed by Part 2 on February 26, 2026.

The new season promises a return to the show’s signature blend of romance, scandal, and rigid social hierarchies, all set against lavish Regency-era backdrops.

Bridgerton Season 4 plot: What the trailer reveals

Season 4 adapts Julia Quinn’s novel An Offer From a Gentleman and shifts the spotlight to the artistic and free-spirited Benedict Bridgerton, portrayed by Luke Thompson.

The trailer opens at a grand masquerade ball hosted by Lady Violet Bridgerton, where Benedict encounters a mysterious woman dressed in silver. The two share an instant connection, sparking a fairy-tale romance under moonlit chandeliers and whispered secrets. However, when the night ends, the woman disappears without revealing her identity—leaving Benedict determined to find her.

The mysterious woman is later revealed to be Sophie Baek (played by Yerin Ha), a sharp-witted and resilient housemaid navigating the strict class divisions of Regency society. As Benedict searches for his “Lady in Silver,” the season explores themes of class disparity, identity, ambition, and emotional maturity, offering a deeper and more grounded love story compared to previous seasons.
