The Meteorological Department has issued an advisory urging people to stay alert, avoid open spaces, and keep away from weak or unstable structures. Rainfall is likely late at night, and there is a possibility of tree falls and disruptions in power supply in some areas.

On Sunday, Delhi recorded a maximum temperature of 37.8°C, which is around 1.7 degrees below the seasonal average. The minimum temperature stood at 23.6°C. The city received 13 mm of rainfall in the past 24 hours. For Monday, partly cloudy skies are expected, with the maximum temperature likely to rise to around 39°C.
